My Freddie frame arrived !!!

Gotta love the seminars! Pictures in previous post are crap so have to put more efort! Our tutors take no bullshit..учиться учиться учиться!!!

These ones will be presented to tutors on thursday as my first draft for my grid assignment. The grid is a project where we get a random area of Newport/Cardiff/Bristol and have to go there and make a series of photographs related to it.I got Newport wetlands area by the sea.Every week me and my friends are cycling there to take pictures,talk,have a look at the sea and have fun.My project is about a passion for cycling and exploring new landscapes,it's a view on city's industrial muscle-power plant station,located aside wetlands reserve.Both industrial and nature landscapes are protected by the sea wall witch symbolizes a continuing struggle of a man to control the power of the nature to create or destroy life...

Lazy morning and then flowers and breakfast and coffee and then back to bed..



Few sundays before me and Mark were drinking sparkling wine by the church.It was a sunday after halloween and Newport was deserted.In front of us there was a tall tree with big leafy legs.We don't know where it came from but it seemed to find a friendly welcome by the church.

We just had a lecture by him.It's nice to see someone who not only talks smart and easy of his work but also has a great deal of fun when working on different projects ,)

My highlight there was friday. No rush anywhere just siting and talking,drinking coffee with irish whiskey. Then she was ashamed of me carrying a bottle on the tube. I guess it's easy for a girl to be ashamed for my behavior,cause most of the time i don't give a damn. On saturday Gagarin took me for a bloody leather jacket shopping-it was mad but good for my obsession for female legs-seen lots of them and took dirty pictures.On sunday had to leave London with a hangover...Marina looked after me so i'd find myself safe to bus station,thanks god she did it cause i was dead and stupid..

Went with Sam on a ride to my grid to do some test shots for an assignment.He's is a bright young first year doc. photo student from Cambridge.Though it was promising rain and wind it happened to be a very lovely day by the sea wall.We got chased by a tiny-angry-shoe-biting dog witch Sam tried to kick in the face,but the bugger was too damn fast!

These are qiuck snapshots for the grid project that we were given in uni.None of us new which part of town we will get-tutors cut the city map in small paper pieces and then we had to randomly take them from the envelope.The task is to go to your area,investigate it and make a series of photographs..

It was a nice sunday in Cardiff.I met up with Kyril and Lucy.Haven't seen them both for the whole summer.Arguing as usual they made me laugh and a little bit drunk.)
